Siân Jones

Siân is one of the founders of Neu21, a global organisation making work better for a new world.

Siân is a leadership and change consultant with a background in leading arts programs and organisations and supporting teams to thrive in creative and complex environments. Her career has spanned roles in talent acquisition, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship and organisational leadership, where she’s helped build vibrant, high-performing teams, navigated challenges, and driven meaningful change.

With first-hand experience of the highs and lows of leadership, Siân understands what it takes to guide teams through uncertainty and unlock their potential. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief that the best leaders don’t need all the answers - they need the right questions.

As a consultant and ICF accredited coach, Siân’s experience is varied having delivered leadership, strategy and change programs for all levels of government, national retail chains, NFPs and member based organisations. Through coaching, workshops, and consultancy, she works with leaders across industries to increase performance in themselves and their teams.

Siân is always exploring ways to bring creativity and fresh thinking into all aspects of her life. Outside of work, Siân is an avid musical theatre lover, enjoys a good dance, loves a romantic comedy or just hanging out with her family and having a laugh.
